Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

France: 2–5 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
